Hello madamr, welcome to medical care magic. It is small masses which would have formed from inner epithelial multiplication. With out knowing your personal history , I just want to say if you are young it may cause severe pain during period. It may hinder implantation of the zygote on to wall so finally you may not conceive. Later ages, every period bleeding may be severe. Better consult your gynaecologist and get it removed
