What Do Muscle Spasms In The Right Leg Indicate?

Well in may I had ORIF surgery on right ankle since last part of July till currently every so often (especially at night or if I cross legs or place pressure from knee down) it feels like something is tapping from inside up leg then usually foot feels kinda like its asleep. Well the last 24 hours I have two Charley horses in right leg three in left n my toes got stuck on left foot. After that my left eye started randomly twitching....!sj
