What Do Muscle Spasms On The Left Side Of The Neck Indicate?

my 13 year old grandson is complaining about neck spasms on the left side and back of the neck. He became dizzy this morning and fell backwards hitting his head. Took him to the ER and they said it was only dehydration. He was in a car accident aug 12 where the car was hit by another car going 40 mph. he was sitting in the passage seat and had neck pain from the seat belt. Now he is getting dizzy and his neck is still hurting. Can this be something else other than dehydration?

You can take Tramadol and Paracetamol combination and Pantoprazole and Domperidone combination. Take rest and apply hot water bag on the affected site.
