Hi,

Though the values of SGOT, SGPT and GGT vary from lab to lab, still as a common reference, normal range of SGOT, SGPT and GGT may be taken as 5-40, 5-45 and 5-40 respectively. Therefore, these values are almost in reference range or at the most marginally on higher side. Still, you may be more careful, so that any unwanted load / damage to liver may be avoided.

Using a healthy diet with moderate carbohydrate and protein intake and low fat intake as well as diet sufficient in fresh fruits and green vegetables will help in keeping the liver healthy. Avoiding alcohol, smoking as well as caffeine and caffeinated drinks are of utmost importance. Avoiding unnecessary medications including OTC, food and health supplements also, is necessary. Active life style with proper sleep and daily moderate physical exercises, are very important for a healthy liver.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
