OB and GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

I suggest you take complete bed rest for at least 2 weeks. You should sleep straight on your back by putting a hard mattress. Physiotherapy May also help. For pain, you can take Voveran D.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Naira Jahangir, OB and GYN Specialist
