General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to HCM...

You were previously using b12 suryup and just now vitamin capsules ...

If your B12 level within normal limit than no need for taking haphazardly vitamin capsules. ..

Let me know you your complete CBC report with peripheral smear ...

Based on morphology and blood indices if needed b12 level and serum ferritin checked and than management done accordingly ...

Mere based on belching and digestive problem I will not labelled you as having IBS.
It could be simple functional bowel problem...
You might treated with fiber supplement and laxative according to need ...

Advise : consult physician for examination and than management done accordingly ..

Take care
