What Do My Chest X-ray Test Results Indicate?

Here s my question I did xray last week at the back and the following day the hospital text me to do another xray that was in my chest. And here the result. Findings: Hazy infiltrates are seen in the left upper lobe. The rest of the lungs are clear. Hilar pulmonary vasculature are intact. Heart and the rest of the chest structures are unremarkable. Whats is your impression for this case? And what is hilar pulmonary vasculature? And how to cure it?
