What Do My Colonoscopy Test Results Indicate?

My Colonoscopy report said 07/06/2016: Normal pancolonoscopy. Adenomatous disease ruled out. The quality of prep was good. Mild left-sided diverticulosis. 1st degree internal hemorrhoids. No polyps. I have a optional follow up on the 27th. I have painful trouble going #2 most of the time. What are my options should I want to do something about this? Thanks in advance for your reply. I m trying to educate myself on this so I can understand my doctor s advice.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if the pain is the main concern and it is happening at the time of defecation then better to apply local anesthetic agent prior to defecate and after it but underlying cause of this is matter of concern and it need to be treated if this is due to hemorrhoid then surgery is the best option for this some time it may be due to fissure and for that surgery is the best treatment hope this information helps.
