What Do My Lab Test Reports For Jaundice Indicate?

I am a 32 year male. I had my annual medical checkup. I have high Bilirubin level (2.8) while indirect Bilirubin is 2.4, but have no symptoms of Jaundice and no weakness at all. My vitamin B12 is low at 179, while triglyercides are high at 440 and Uric acid at 8.4. What could be the problem and how to treat this?
