General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Suggestive of mixed hyperlipidemia. Based on the report of your lab tests you seem to be having a mixed type of hyperlipidemia (increased cholesterol and triglycerides).

You may need to start drugs like statin to reduce the high blood fat levels along with certain lifestyle changes such as daily exercise, low fat diet, avoiding smoking/alcohol, avoid red meat and fast foods, and eating vegetables and fruits.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali
