General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your lab reports are suggestive of high triglyceride & cholesterol levels. You are suggested to visit a Cardiologist & get all the tests done (CBC, stress tests, ECG, X-Ray, Echo, etc) to rule out any developing CAD. You may need some medicines or supplements.

You should maintain a low BMI, switch to a healthy lifestyle. Do regular exercises, avoid addictions if any.

Take a low-fat diet, cut on red meat & dairy products like cheese, butter, etc. Avoid spicy, junk, frozen food & refined flour. Take fruits, berries, grains, beans, nuts & homemade food.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Nupur K, General & Family Physician
