HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Currently you are using 3 medications, the trajenta duo (which is a combination of 2 medications) and the long acting diamicron (diamicron xr)

The maximum daily dose of diamicron xr is 120 mg, you are using this amount but split into 2 doses. This is unusual since it is typically a once daily medication. It is normally taken altogether, you may want to discuss this with your doctor.
It is possible that using it as the once daily preparation, like how normally used, would help since it is suppose to last over 24 hours.

There are different doses of the trajenta duo, if you are using a small dose then this can be increased to help decreased your blood sugar.

You may also need to take a look at your diet and activity level. Carbohydrates are the main types of foods that would increase your blood sugar level, it is possible that changing the types of carbs used or decreasing them, would help.

I hope this helps
