hi doctor. my baby is in gestational age of 28 weeks 2 days. fetal weight is 88.2 gms bpd hc and ac falls below 5 th percentile low growth profile fetus features of early iugr low lying placenta pls advise whether i need to worry, what steps i have to follow. pls advice doctor

I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.
As per your scan report your baby is having severe IUGR(intra uterine growth retardation).
Low lying placenta is not a serious thing.
The estimated fetal weight is very low for 28 weeks. Early intervention is needed, Consult your gynecologist and he will direct you accordingly.
