General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

This is a normal pregnancy of five weeks.
The cardiac activity is not detected due to early age of pregnancy. The sac is seen. Every thing is normal.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka , General & Family Physician
