What Do My Semen Test Analysis Test Results Indicate?

My husband produced a semen sample which was not much and we have the results and they have 100% head defects sperm concentration 9 million total sperm count 18 million sperm motility 56% total number of motile sperm was 10.08 rate of progression was a 3 volume 2.0 ml semen color clear visciousity none liquidfication complete round cells 0 million/ml delayed motility was blank My question is is this good or bad and for the fact there wasnt much of a sample do you think he should redo the test.

Compare your semen report with normal semen analysis:
Morphology: 4% or more_________100% defective _____abnormal
Total Sperm count: > 40 millions____________18___lower.
Sperm concentration:15-20 million/ml___________9____lower
Total motility:40% or more_____________56%___normal
Progressive motility:32% or more_________10.08%___abnormal
Ejaculate volume: 2 to 6 mL ____________3____Normal
Color: white to grayish___________________normal
Liquifaction time: 20-30 minutes__________none __increased

Your report is severely deranged.
And natural pregnancy can not be possible with this.
You can also repeat the test with fresh semen 4-5 days after abstinence.
Consult the urologist and undergo USG color doppler, CBC, ESR, semen fructose, semen culture to confirm the problem
