General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

CVS is an invasive procedure. Patients should rest for at least 24 hours after the procedure and should avoid intercourse for at least 2 weeks.
If you develop any bleeding or any pain or other complaints you should let your doctor know as soon as possible.
Also, your doctor may give you more explanations and things to be cautious about after the procedure.

I hope this answers your query.
I remain at your disposal in case further medical assistance is needed.

Regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj
