What Do My Ultrasound Scan Test Results Indicate?

Hi according to my LMP april 9 2016 i should be 13w6d now went to do ultra yesterday and results saying a single live intrauterine gestation is noted which contains yok sac and fetal pole the crown rump length is 0.8cm which correspond to a gestational age of 6w and 5d no fetal cardiac activity is seen a small focus of subchorionic hemorrhage is noted adjacent to the gestational sac the internal cervical os is closed with a cervical length of 4.2cm ovaries are normal and no adnexal mass or pelvic free fluid is seen. but the the conclusion reads that features suggestive of intrauterine fetal demise. I am not sure what is going on should i be worried going to see my doc in a few days. please help
