What Do My Urinalysis And Fecalysis Test Reports Indicate?
my kid age 9 yr old is complaining stomach ache last week ...but no fever. i consulted pediatrician she gave her antibiotic...but advice to under go urinalysis and fecalysis... now i did what the doctor said. the result seems normal on urinalysis but her fecalysis got my attention, it stated my kid has red blood cells 4-6/hpf in her stool... what could be the possible cause...please help. thank u
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern. Discussion:- Such abdominal pain in this age group is due to colic and may not be due to any disease, if the test are negative then no need to worry about this. Medication:- Dicyclomine can be tried. Advise:- In persistence pain Ultrasonography need to be get done. Comments:- Worm infestation is the differential diagnosis.
