I have been nauseated for over two weeks. I thought it was a virus . Then I started to cramp with the nausea in my upper and lower abdomen. my last cycle was around Nov. 30th and it only lasted for 2 days which is weird for me it was very light which is also weird. It's Christmas Eve and I'm spotting a lil blood on the sanitary napkin but the blood is stringy when I urinate. My tubes are tied what can be wrong?
