General & Family Physician 's  Response
There can be many causes of the symptoms you described but in your case it is probably due to Gastric Dumping. This condition is due to rapid emptying of stomach contents largely undigested into the small intestine. But the good thing about it is that it is manageable with some lifestyle and bowel habit changes. For instance;
1. Divide your main meals into more parts (eating the same amount into many small portions)
2. Try to avoid simple sugars in meals.
3. Add a portion of dietary fiber in your diet.
If these measures still don't work for you then there are certain medications that may help relieving the condition.
