Hello,

Your pulse rate is on the higher side, may be indicative of arrhythmia. You have history of high cholesterol which is not good for heart. You need medications and lifestyle change to get better. You are suggested to get Lipid function tests done in a routine basis. Control your cholesterol and triglyceride levels at all cost. Avoid fried, packaged food. Do not take trans fat, red meat, cheese, refined flour, carbs or sugar. Take home made food in olive oil, avoid stress. Since you have history of being diabetic. Get treated and take medicines to control blood glucose level.

Appears that some nerve is getting affected due to your neck issue and this may be causing the nausea and tingling arm. However, diabetes triggers Peripheral Neuropathy. Your high blood sugar is adding to the cause of your nausea and tingling arm. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a Neurologist, get Nerve conduction and imaging tests done to detect developing PAD. Take proper medication to control your blood sugar and ensure your neck gets proper rest to reduce the symptoms. Take adequate sleep. Exercise regularly, do walking at least one km a day can be of great help.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
