What Do Nighttime Seizures With An Inability To Speak Indicate?

I have a friend who wakes in the night with seizure like/ rigors (her words) she cannot speak...can walk from chair to chair, usually falling. Says she has a bitter taste on the tip of her tougue. These sympotms are only at night.lasting 1/2 hour to an hour 15 minutes. She has had an MRI, CT, blood work,urine tests and many other kinds of test which reveal nothing. Once she goes nack to bed, she says she sleeps very very hard//any thoughts

she requires psychological evaluation and therapy.
medication like benzodiazepines May help.
