What Do Nodular Opacities In The Lungs On An X-ray Report Suggest?
I have MDR tb and had a lymph node removed below my neck . There are nodular opacities seen in both lung fields in my chest xray. And now even my esr is 46 and also have severe joints pain. 7 kgs weight loss. Feel weak . IM 17 YRS OLD . also eosinophilia .
The modular opacities can be old and healed lesion. They are not active disease process and no definite treatment is required for it either. You can consult a pulmonologist and get a followup CT if required.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
