What Do Non-ruptured Eggs In Ovaries Indicate?

Doctor gave the injection on 14 june for rapture the egg but the next day its not rapture till 9pm . Doctor checked again and said Egg rapture on 16 june 2015 but doctor told me do the meeting between 10 to 11p.m but I cant do the same I met at 12p.m so pls answer is the egg is conceive.
