What Do Numbness And Loss Of Sensitivity In The Limbs Indicate?

I sure hope some one can point us in another direction as we are at a standstill. I am a 53 female who has no medical history but I have had increasing numbness and loss of sensitivity to all my extremities. It presented mildly last year when I started menopause with extreme lower extremity cramping and numbness. I saw a doctor then who said I had neurapathy but a neurologist said I didn t. All my labs were normal and I have no other health issues. I am a nurse so I have looked into many diagnoses. These symptoms went away for about 6 mos then started again very suddenly in August and have progressed. The cramping has subsided and now I just have a constant lack of sensation to all extremities. I have fasciculations throughout my body and my hamstrings feel like they have both been torn and feel worse one day after a workout. I am very active and workout at least 3-4 times a week. I have also had some Reynauds symptoms in the past 6 weeks to my hands, sometimes more than one in a day along with frequent broken blood vessels in my hands. That happened when they had me on Lyrica which for me did nothing. I stopped that and the Reynauds seems to have subsided. I have had a negative brain MRI, Last week just had negative EMG and nerve conduction studies. Neg Lymes and ANA, B2 at 1500 with supplement. Next thinking cardiology and circulation issues. My extremities feel like I have a rubberband around the tops of each of them. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
