General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As per your description, you are already diagnosed with 2 conditions (Disk herniation and Carpal Tunnel Syndrome).

For disk herniation:

If symptoms like pain and numbness are not severe and not occurring while rest then conservative treatment can give you a better relief.

It includes physiotherapy, hot fomentation, wearing neck band while working as well as traveling. Don't work with neck flexed.

For carpal tunnel syndrome:

Consult orthopedic surgeon for carpal tunnel syndrome. According to my opinion surgical decompression is the treatment option for it.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Hiren Hirpara
