What Do Numbness And Tingling Sensation On The Index Finger Indicate?

yesterday i noticed my right index finger was extremely pale. other fingers were pink but this one was completely white and stated going numb with burning/ tingling feeling. if i exercised my right hand the paleness would travel up my hand. could this be first signs of frost bite? my hand today is slightly pink but still real pale and very cold

Hello,

First, let me know what your age is? If you are suffering for cervical spondylosis, then that will be reason for tingling and numbness.

For that, you can do cervical x-ray and do consultation with orthopedician. You can start tablet Pregastar plus after consultation.

Otherwise, frost may be the reason for paleness and numbness, so keep proper warmth. It will take 2 to 3 days to get off.
