Hi, I m having extream throbbing, numbness, tingling, either really cold, or like a burning pain in my left leg. Its been increasingly getting worse. I clapsed as dead leg, just gave way. Couldn t feel my leg. I ve almost fainted with dizzy spells, head rush,

The symptoms you have of throbbing, numbness, tingling, burning pain, are features of Neuropathy. If you have Diabetes, then this could be the cause of the Nuropathic Prasthesia. If you are not a Diabetic, then it is possible that you do have a lumbar disc prolapse, with nerve compression, leading to these neuropathic symptoms. Firstly you should get your blood tested for fasting and after food blood sugar levels and HbA1C. This will show if you are a diabetic or not, an if so, you must consult an Endocrinologist or a Diabetologist for management. If not a Diabetic, please get an MRI scan of the lumbar vertebra to see for any prolapsed intervertibral disc with nerve compression. If positive, then please consult a Neurosurgeon or an Orthopedic surgeon for advise regarding the management, either conservative or a minimal access removal of the prolapsed disc.
