what does it mean on an mri : osseous structure- there are similar findings noted as compared to the right knee. There is osteoarthritis. There are subcortical cystic chanes in the tibial spine and asmmetric joint space narrowing, most prnounced anteromedially and posterolaterally. Grade IV chrondromalacia is noted.
