What Do Pain And Bloating In The Upper Abdomen Indicate?
I have bloating, especially in upper left abdomen and pain when pressing a point between pancreas and stomach. When I press in, gurgling occurs and continues on release of the pressure. I have had pancreatitis several times over the past 10 years, but goes away with diet modification.

you need to continue the lifestyle modification and take
syrup gelusil 1-1-1 whenever required
Reduce taking spicy food and consume a glass of cold milk in the night
Also reduce intake of tea/coffee to minimum if possible .
The pain is due to the acidity that is happening so do the above things
