What Do Pain And Numbness In The Lower Arm Indicate?

hello, My left arm is starting to become numb. I have pain in my lower arm right below my elbow. To the touch it does not hurt. Only when I m moving my arm. The pain is mild. I don t know if I just may pulled something? Just worried because everyone is telling that is could be something else since it s my left arm.

Hi,

Greetings from HealthcareMagic!

You can use this home remedy for pain and numbness, Use a heated towel, hot water bottle, heating pad, or even a warm-water soaked cloth to treat the nerves and muscle of the affected area. Elevate the arm above heart level for a few minutes. Use heated oil such as coconut or olive oil directly on arm and press firmly in circular motions. Add ½ cup of the salts to warm water and soak whenever you feel the tingling sensation. Increase magnesium levels to prevent numbness by enjoying low-fat yogurt, dark-green vegetables, nuts and seeds, bananas, soybeans, fish, and even dark chocolate.
