What Do Pain And Pressure Above The Eyebrows Indicate?

My 7 year old has had sinus crud for a week or more. Yesterday, he vomited at 4p one time. He complained of a severe headache afterwards and throughout the night. He has not vomited again but has had diarrhea multiple times today. He does complain with pressure and pain above his eyebrows. Sinusitis? Gastroenteritis?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

He may have a combination of both. Sinusitis would cause the headache, pressure , it can also be associated with vomiting in some persons but not usually diarrhea.

He would need an antihistamine/decongestant combination of medication along with pain medication to help with the headache.
Fluid and electrolyte replacement would be needed to replace the fluids that he is losing due to vomiting and diarrhea.

I hope this helps
