What Do Pain And Pressure At The Base Of The Skull Indicate?

I have had several episodes of pain or tightness at the base of my skull, where the spine attaches. This... contraction has happened so strongly that it has forced me to look upwards, unable to resist, which was disconcerting when it happened while I was driving. It seems to be wanting to happen now, I ve felt a few precursors of the pain. It s very painful, similar to the pain when there is a cramp in my calf muscle.

hello,
it is due to the inflammation in your cervical spine causing local inflammation. it is called cervical spondylitis. You should do a x-ray cervical spine and apply some heat over the site. Take Tab Etoricoxib(200) SOS.
