Hi, I am a 60 year old female in good health, 4’9, 101 lbs. Lately when I wake up, I have some pain and stiffness in my left knee, on the inner side. It always subsides after I start moving around, and eventually goes away. I have no problems at work, where I am constantly standing and walking. I work full time as a hairdresser in a Health Care Facility. I am on my feet on day, taking care of the residents, and also transporting them in their wheelchairs, to and from their rooms. Both of my parents had arthritis that affected their knees. Today, there was a drastic change in my left knee. I was fine all day at work, and also when walking to my car after work. However when I exited my car to do an errand on the way home, I suddenly felt an intense stabbing pain in the left knee, inner area. I could hardly put any weight on it. I did not injure it at all while working today, but the sudden intense pain was quite surprising. Home now. The pain has subsided a bit. I am using a cane to take the pressure off of the left knee, and I have not taken any medication for it. Thank You So Much for your assistance! Felicia Szczepanski
