What Do Pain And Swelling In The Genital Area Indicate?

Hi am without health insurance at this time. I ve been having pain in my genitals and sweeling at times, hard time urinating burning in my penis. pain in my abdomen. I have been tested for stds and uti. I need to know if there is something I can do until I am able to get seen by a doctor. already working on get aid right now

Hello,

The severity of the symptoms do really require a though assessment under direct medical care.

In case you absolutely must have to wait before getting seen by a medical doctor, a course of broad spectrum antibiotics such as amoxicillin or erythromycin (if you are not allergic) could be taken along with pain killers such as Paracetamol and Ibuprofen (if you are not asthmatic or have bleeding tendencies).
