What Do Pain And Swelling In The Right Hand Indicate?
a couple nights ago at work my right hand and wrist started getting very sore and swollen, I went to urgent care the next day he said it was tendonitis, I have lost a lot of motion in the wrist both up and down and side to side when I try to move it I get an uncontrollable shaking in my hand/wrist and little to no movement...a lot of pain and still swelling when I use it at all

This is not tendonitis.
Tendonitis can not cause loss of movement.
So better to consult orthopedic doctor and get done clinical examination, x ray and MRI of wrist joint to identify the cause.
