What Do Pain And Tenderness In The Knees Indicate?

I have pain (aching) in my knee with tenderness at the ligament. It s hot to the touch and hurts when I walk and if I move in some directions. It started with severe pain when I put my weight on my leg and I had a cortisone shot about a week ago and it didn t help at all.

Might be it is a joint infection known as septic arthritis. You need to go In for some x rats and if fluid is detected it might ve removed for testing with a needle.
