What Do Pain And Tightness In The Abdomen And Chest Indicate?

I have pain and tightness in my torso, mid abdomen and some mild chest pain. It is hard to take a deep breath and it also hurts more when I move around or cough or sneeze. No fever. Just started two days ago. I halped move our child out of the house but I don t think I lifted too much. The pain started in my back at bra level and is now on my right side at waist level. My appetite is normal and I have been going to the bathroom just fine. I sort of feel like I got beat up in a football game. Any ideas what is happening. I am female, age 63.
