What Do Pain And Tingling Sensation In The Neck And Shoulder Indicate?
I am having pain and tingling feeling in my neck shoulder and arm on my left side I am not sure if it is maybe a pinched nerve or what I could be my mother had a stroke at the age of 32 and I am almost 32 so im wondering if it could be a sign of stroke

Neck injury
Muscle injury
Improper sleeping posture
Excessive exercise
Usually, drinking lots of water, taking a high fruit diet, getting lots of rest, and icing the area can be useful.
