What Do Pain And Weakness In The Legs Along With Dizziness Indicate?

My dad has had weakness in legs along with dizziness when he leans forward for approximately 3 weeks .4 or 5 days ago he said he had blood in eye where he could barely see his pupil but it cleared two days later he is a diabetic on insulin not sure what insulin Type 2 .waiting to hear from primary

Weakness in legs along with dizziness while leaning forward is essentially a neurological problem. I suggest you to consult a neurologist for this problem. Secondly, blood in eye can occur in patients of high blood pressure. Diabetic patients usually not have visible hemorrhage in eye. So, I suggest you to get blood pressure checked.
