Hiya I had abortion 3 weeks ago and had injection in my leg for contraception I have sex with partner few time no condom which he pulls out in still getting odd breast pains milk leaking some times vagina odd pain and bit sickness and then gone help x

Hi,

Contraceptive injection contains natural female sex hormones which is used in the prevention of unwanted pregnancies from unprotected sexual intercourses. It may cause breast tenderness and enlargement, white milky discharge from nipples, vaginal pain or irritation, feeling unwell or nausea, headache, mood swings, sweating and many more.

These side effects are mild as well self limiting and usually go away over time as the body adjusts to this medication or stop taking this medication without any medical treatment. If side effects persist, consult your doctor.
