What Do Pain In Chest And Back After Walking Suggest?

I have pain on the right side of the chest and back.Its occurring on my walking for 30 mts.And after intake of tylenol tablet the pain is subsided and again recurring after 6hrs.Is it due to drugging of Nikoron 5mg twice daily or it is muscle contrast?

The pain could most likely to be musculoskeletal. But it is important to rule out any heart or lung conditions. A chest Xray and EKG are recommended initial investigations. Please be advised to follow up with your primary provider.
