What Do Pain In Chest And Neck With Swishing Sound In Head Suggest?
51 year old man coronary artery disease. Has 4 stents. Felt pain in chest that radiated to neck briefly then burping..hours later can hear a swishing sound in head. Is this something to be checked out immediately. 5 years ago he had massive heart attack and was a symptomatic. Last 3 stents were put in 5 months ago..I m wondering if we should go to Dr tonight or call doctor tomorrow..this sound in head Is new

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the history of coronary artery disease then all the chest symptoms need to be look for coronary artery disease and it can not be neglected, so better to get done the EKG, although it could be some hyperacidity, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
