What Do Pain In Lower Spine, Thick Pelvic Bone And ESR Rate Of 30mm Suggest?
Hello doctor, i m having esr rate 30 mm i.i m 25 yr old having pain in lower spinal alone &my pelvis bone got thicker in one small area .all the other aspects r normal but i m more depressed wheater it may cause cancer?my hemoglobine 11.3.plz give me ur suggetions

I really appreciate your concern, elevated value of ESR is least concern with the given history of backache and it could be due to spinal degenerative disease it can not be malignancy and no need to worry about this, for the hemoglobin have some iron containing diet and no need to have any medicine for this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
