General & Family Physician 's  Response
I have gone through your question and appreciate ur concern.
Same symptoms may be due t Gerd gastroesophageal reflux disorder, hyperactivity or more serious coronary artery disease that vessels supplying to heart are blocked.
It is always wise to rule out heart problem
Before starting treatment for stomach problem.
Consult specialist and rule out heart problem.
For hyperactivity or Gerd change in lifestyle like eating 3 small meals, avoid spicy food and tea,
And antaacids will take care of problem.
U can write me back for any query.
Thanks.
I find this answer helpful
