What Do Pain In Tragus And Sore Body With History Of Recurring Shingles Suggest?

I have had pain in my tragus bilaterally for several days now. It hurts to touch or lay on. I am also experiencing soreness on various parts of my body. Inside right arm and my right thigh and hip.
