What Do Painful Air Bubbles In The Scrotum Indicate?

Hey sir, my age is 22 yrs , I m having some air bubbles kind of things in my scrotum in right side... Little painful... I don t know how it happens... Yesterday when I woke up I feel little pain but I ignored bt today I checked my scrotum with my hands then I realize that there are some kind of bubbles are there... Please suggest me the treatment which I can do myself in my home... I don t want to go to dr. Plz suggest me some home remedies.

I think, you may be description belongs to epididymis or varicose veins.

The possible causes are:
1. Epididimitis
2. Varicocele

Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is. Please consult your surgeon, he will examine and treat you accordingly.
