What Do Painful And Itchy Bumps On The Hands And Feet Indicate?
My son, 17, just developed small painful bumps on his hands and feet. He says it hurts to stand or walk on his feet because they are tingling. The skin is red with many small bumps and are itchy. I have told him not to scratch because it may cause infection. What is it, and what is the treatment?
