Hello,
Cramps are a seriously disturbing and agonizing symptom that is very commonly seen in diseases like
severe dehydration, depletion of minerals like magnesium and calcium in body, inadequate blood supply as it occurs in arterial
atherosclerosis,
lumbar spondylitis,
cervical spondylitis or disc prolapse, or prolonged over-usage of the muscles.
I would recommend to avoid dehydration. Avoid sitting or standing for a prolonged period of time. Stretch your muscles. Stretch before and after you use any muscle for an extended period. If you tend to have leg cramps at night, stretch before bedtime.
Light exercise, such as riding a stationary bicycle for a few minutes before bedtime, also may help prevent cramps while you're sleeping. Take tab. Neurobion forte for 3 months. Take tab. Evion lc for 3 months. Daily exercise would also help. If the cramp is severe you can use an NSAID with
muscle relaxant like ibuprofen or Aceclofenac with chlorzoxazone.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
