ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello

The lumps on the back of your throat are enlarged follicles of lymphoid tissue, and this is common in patients having a post nasal drip. The infected secretions lead to the infection of follicles causing the swelling. Post nasal drip is generally due to sinus infection , which can be due to your cold. Please meet your ent doctor as soon as possible for confirming this and further treatment.

Thanks
